Consultations

Appointment requests submitted through this site are requests only. An appointment is confirmed only after the boutique approves it and you receive confirmation.

Orders and pricing

Prices, availability and lead times are confirmed by the boutique before an order is accepted. Placing an order through this site does not create a binding sale until it is confirmed.

Custom and made-to-order pieces may require a deposit. Deposit terms are provided in writing before work begins.

Payments

Online payment is not currently enabled. When it is enabled, payments will be processed by a third-party payment provider and their terms will apply. The boutique does not store full card details.

Insurance

Insurance coverage varies by plan. Verification of benefits does not guarantee payment or reimbursement. Tresses & Trends Wigs does not guarantee insurance approval and makes no claim of being in-network with any insurer unless separately verified and stated in writing.

Intellectual property

The Tresses & Trends Wigs name, logo, photography and written content are the property of the business and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the boutique is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable Michigan or federal law.
