Because wigs and hair replacement systems are personal items, returns are limited for hygiene and safety reasons. This policy is a working draft for your review before publication.

Hygiene and eligibility
For health and hygiene reasons, a unit may be considered for return only if it has not been worn, cut, styled, washed or altered, and is returned in its original packaging with tags intact.

Custom and medical pieces
Custom-made wigs, custom cranial prostheses, and any unit cut or customized for an individual are final sale and not returnable, except where a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
How to start a return
Email tressesandtrends2024@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for the return. Instructions will be provided. Unapproved returns may be refused.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected. [Add your processing timeframe.] Shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
Defects
If a piece arrives with a construction defect, contact the boutique promptly so it can be inspected, repaired or replaced.
